I don’t think where the record is now it will stay, and I think you’re gonna have to go faster than that to win and I hope we have a little left in the tank. The car is out of Rick Jones Quarter Max built Camaro with the BAE Hemi drive train out of the Mustang, it fought us for a couple of days we got it iron out and now it’s hauling ass. We have a good repeatable hot rod that does what I tell it to. The 60′ on the run was a .978, the best that we’ve been. I don’t know if anyone else has faster, I don’t pay attention just work on other folks catching up.” – Steve Jackson.
