The Premier Street Car Association held its inaugural spring event at the Gateway Motorsports Park over the weekend, known as the Heads-Up Hootenanny, featuring some of the baddest radial tire cars in the country on a world-class racing surface. And the racing didn’t disappoint, as DeWayne Mills carded a career best 3.83 in the Outlaw 10.5 vs Radial category on his way to victory,

RTRA Spring Nationals
When outspoken doorslammer racing star Steve Jackson bolted a set of radials onto his 3.7-second Pro Nitrous Camaro, you had to know things were going to get interesting at the RTRA event at Northstar Dragway down in Texas, and that they did, as Jackson roared to the Radial vs The World title, resetting the record several times in the process. Jackson went 3.81, 3.80, a 3.79, and finished it off with a stunning 3.75 in the final round in what was the quickest side-by-side race in history opposite of Rob Valden, who went a career best 3.80 in a losing effort.
