QA1 Introduces Complete Suspension Kits for a Wide Variety of Cars

QA1SuspensionKitQA1 is proud to introduce their new complete suspension kits for a wide variety of applications. These suspension kits are available for both performance handling and drag racing applications and come in up to three different levels of performance.

Official Release:

QA1 now offers complete suspension kits for a variety of GM A, F and G-body vehicles; Ford Mustangs; and Mopar A, B and E-body vehicles. These kits are available for both performance handling and drag racing applications and come in up to three different levels of performance.

Each kit is custom tailored for each vehicle and application to provide the ideal combination for improved handling and reaction to road conditions. For performance handling, these kits increase cornering ability; for drag racing, they create a more controlled launch and improve straight line stability. Modeled around on-car testing and market research, these kits include the most popular suspension components, including double, single or Drag “R” Series adjustable Pro Coil shocks and struts; tubular suspension components such as sway bars, K-members, control arms and trailing arms; and accessories like spanner wrenches, caster camber plates and tie rod sleeves.

Because each component in the kits works seamlessly with whatever OE component it attaches to, those who don’t want to make the whole investment right away can build a car in stages, using the product list as a road map. “Our goal was to develop suspension systems that not only achieved specific performance objectives, but also gave someone a guide to build towards,” says Dave Kass, QA1 Customer Service Manager. “Building a vehicle doesn’t happen all at once, and we understand that. That’s why we wanted to lay out a plan that eliminates compatibility issues while also maximizing performance.”

These kits include spring rates carefully selected to maximize performance while maintaining a smooth, comfortable ride. They are geared towards average weight small block and LS powered vehicles with stock trim. The highest level handling kit offers stiffer springs to maximize the cornering performance while the highest level drag kit offers softer spring rates to maximize stored energy for weight transfer. The kits are also offered without shocks to give drivers the flexibility to order the shocks or struts with the spring rates they want. All QA1 aluminum shocks, steel struts and tubular suspension components are made in QA1’s Lakeville, Minnesota facility, with all shocks and struts 100% dyno tested and serialized.

Features:

  • Available for both performance handling and drag racing applications
