Watching the video of this magnificent bumper-crushing wheel stand, you might think you’re watching one of the highlight reel films for Byron Dragway’s now famous annual World Power Wheel stand Contest. But in fact, this footage comes to you from the PINKS All Out show at Bandimere Speedway near Denver, Colorado last weekend.

This supercharged Camaro, which it would seem may have possibly been called back to the staging lanes for an exhibition pass, instantly finds its way up on the bumper, unloading the rear tires before it even reaches the Christmas tree. The driver slaps the front wheels back to earth and rides out another wheel stand to around the 330-foot marker.

Now, no offense meant to those of you that have attended an All Out taping, but lets be honest, it doesn’t take much to excite the crowd at these shows. Nine-second elapsed times and wheelies like your kid does on his BMX bike will bring them to their feet in unison. But this effort took some fortitude, and is certainly deserving of the raucous applause that it received.
